Night Shift Brewing was started by three friends who brewed beer after hours—hence the name. But what else is brewed at night? Bad ideas. We all have ideas at night that we think are genius until we wake up and realize they were not our finest moments. Not every idea brewed at night is worth remembering, but Night Shift is.
